Refunds of Ticket Sales:

All sales for events are final, we do not provide refunds. If the event you are attending is moved, postponed, or rescheduled your tickets will be transferred to the new event. In the event that an event is canceled due to performer or venue issues, and is not able to be rescheduled a credit will be issued to you to use for future events.

Reassignment of Attendees:

In the event the attendee at the time of purchase is unable to attend the event, you may reassign their ticket to a new attendee. This can be managed through your account on skycasper.com. If you do not have access to your account to make changes, we can make these changes with you with at least 24-hour notice ahead of the event start time.

Credit For Events – Unable To Attend:

We understand that unforeseen issues can arise preventing you from being able to attend one of our events. If you are unable to attend one of our events and provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice, we will credit your account with the amount you paid minus a 20% service charge. This credit can be used towards the purchase of tickets to a future event.

Media Release:

By attending an event produced by Sky Casper Entertainment, you consent and understand that you, your voice, and/or name may appear in; video, photography, and/or written content produced by our company used for promotional purposes. Compensation is not provided for your appearance in such content. You release Sky Casper Entertainment, our agents, venues, and affiliated partners any liability from your appearance being used in conjunction with one of our events.
